I am an Art Teacher, Artist, Art Therapist and a Mother of 2.

Over the last 30 years I have been facilitating a variety of art groups, classes and workshops with children through to adults.

I am passionate about helping people develop creative thought and inspire imagination. I believe my role as a teacher is to encourage self expression; whilst helping people develop their own unique style with confidence.

I created the Hope Tree as a place where people can come and be nurtured in their identity and creativity.

My Story

As a , trained Art Teacher/Art Therapist my experience allows me to understand the best ways to address each persons needs in an effective manner. I am flexible in my approach and use collaboration as the basis of my therapy—ensuring a comfortable, safe environment where we can work together on your goals.

I have found art to be a gateway into healing. Whether it be just relaxing and creating your own artworks, or using art as an intentional healing tool.

Art can have a profound affect on our wellbeing, spiritual awareness and identity. It is a gentle and beautiful way of self expression when words are just not enough.

Over the years of running a variety of different art inspired workshops I have come to the conclusion that when you combine art with spirituality, true healing can start to take place.

Through art one is able to express themselves in ways that they may not have thought possible.

I am deeply committed to helping you explore, heal, and move forward into a renewed love for yourself and the creativity that is inside you.

Employed as a artist & freelance designer for a variety of different companies.
Employed in a variety of art positions associated with children.
Worked as an Art Teacher in Primary & Secondary Schools.
Worked in After School Care Centres with a focus on Art/Craft.
Facilitated and created art workshops in a voluntary capacity for adults & children.
Created custom made courses for Homeschoolers.
Facilitated group prophetic art workshops for Children & Adults
Ran prophetic art workshops in Churches for conferences as well as in my local church
Facilitate private art lessons for Children & Adults
Children's Ministry
Worked as Art Therapist in an non government organisation for women and children that have experienced trauma
